Built to spec. Managed on schedule.
Panel Catch is a full-service general contractor for commercial fit-outs, tenant improvements, and residential renovations — licensed trades, written milestones, and weekly progress you can verify in person.
What we do
Commercial and residential builds, managed from estimate to final walkthrough.
Commercial fit-outs
Tenant improvements, office refreshes, and retail spaces built to landlord specs and local code. We coordinate permits, inspections, and trade scheduling so your occupancy date is a commitment, not a moving target. As-built drawings are included at project close.
Residential renovation
Kitchens, additions, and whole-home updates with dust control, neighbour communication, and a single point of contact throughout. We manage all licensed trades under one contract so you are not coordinating between separate plumbers, electricians, and carpenters. Daily site logs are shared each evening.
Trade coordination
Licensed subcontractors scheduled in dependency order so inspections, materials, and access line up the first time. We carry master insurance and administer subcontracts so you have one party to call if something is not right. Coordination drawings are issued before any walls open.
Pre-construction planning
Budget ranges, lead-time checks, and value-engineering options reviewed before you commit to a start date. We walk the site, document existing conditions, and identify risks in writing so your financing and schedule are based on real data. Preliminary costs are issued within five business days of the site walk.
How the work runs
A clear path from first conversation to delivered work.
Site walk & scope
We document existing conditions, confirm measurements, and record assumptions in writing before issuing a number.
Fixed milestones
A staged schedule with payment tied to verifiable completion — not vague percentages or verbal updates.
Close-out package
Warranties, lien releases, and maintenance notes handed over at final walkthrough before keys transfer.
In their words
What people notice after the work is in.
“Our retail rollout stayed on the dates we published to landlords. One superintendent, one weekly report — that was the difference.”
Marcus Chen
Retail development manager
“They flagged a structural issue during pre-construction instead of mid-demo. Saved us a month and a change-order fight.”
Helen Ortiz
Property owner
FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we hear most.
Yes. We carry general liability, workers' compensation, and builders' risk on active projects. Certificates are provided for your lender, landlord, or owner's representative on request — usually within one business day.
We pull permits where required, schedule all required inspections, and include permit costs in the proposal unless you prefer to self-pull. Permit drawings and approved plans are included in the close-out packet.
Any scope change is priced in writing and signed by both parties before work proceeds. We do not start changed work verbally. If a change is required to address an unforeseen condition, we stop, document it, and present options before proceeding.
Both — core carpentry and supervision are self-performed; licensed MEP trades are subcontracted under our master contract. All subcontractors carry their own insurance and are listed in the project directory at contract signing.
